Duo Lyra: The art of partnering
11am-12:30pm
What’s twice as fun as Lyra? Duo Lyra! In this workshop we’ll take a look at some fundamentals of partner hoop, including symmetrical and asymmetrical flows, basing and flying, and a dynamic skill or two.
No partner needed 🙂
Improving strength: Beginner-level straps
1pm-2:30pm
This workshop is for those interested in straps as an apparatus and a way to condition for other aerial apparatuses. We will cover basic positions and ways to work on progressing strength and technique for inversions, one arm tricks including meat hooks and flags.

Aerial Spiral Pole
Friday, September 6th, 2025
Beginner Spiral Pole Workshop (120 mins) 5:30pm-7:30pm
-ALL LEVELS: This workshop will allow newbies the opportunity to stretch, condition, and step foot into the illusion that is Aerial Spiral Pole! Get comfortable spinning, standing, and climbing through the basics
Rebel With A Spiral Intermediate (120 mins) 8pm-10pm
-Intermediate: In this workshop we will be working on Spiral tricks that require fewer points of contact. We will explore combos that come with inverts, Leg hangs, and shoulder stands. If you have Lyra or Upper Beginner Pole experience this is the level for you. (It is recommended to start at the Beginner level, due to the uniqueness of this apparatus).

Pretty Metal Aerial Chains Workshops
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced aerialist, Pretty Metal Chains invites you to a unique Aerial Chains workshop experience that offers a balance of technique,creativity, and empowerment.
Intro to Aerial Chains 3pm-4:30pm
● Inclusive for All Levels: While some aerial experience is encouraged, it is not required. All skill levels are welcome to the workshop as Pretty Metal Chains offers an encouraging space to begin, progress, and explore aerial chains.
● Learn Aerial Chain Techniques: Understand the basics of working with the enchanting apparatus of aerial chains
Aerial Chains Flow Foundations 5pm-6:30pm
● Students must have taken Intro to Chains previously before signing up for Flow Foundations
● Creative Expression: Explore your creativity as you learn to move with the chains and display stunning poses and sequences.
● Guidance from a Professional: Pretty Metal Chains, is known for their passion and expertise in aerial chains. Lily and Anna will lead the workshop and secure a safe and welcoming learning environment.
$75 for 1 workshop
$140 for both workshops
What, if anything, should the students should bring (Examples: yoga mat, long socks, or heels—minimum 7” preferably boot):
Foot Protection: dance heels, closed toe boots/shoes, or long socks advised but not required.
Attire: Wear comfortable and fitting workout clothes that allow ease of movement.
